 Swedish Massage

Scar tissue is broken down by means of slow, deep pressure using thumbs, elbows, palms, and forearms. Chronic patterns of tension are released throughout the body and range of motion is increased.

 Pregnancy Massage

Soothing and calming relaxation massage is used to ease the body and eliminate stress while specific therapeutic techniques are applied to each massage to meet individual needs and goals. Leg cramping, muscle tension, hip, back and neck pain, headaches and edema (swelling) are just some of the concerns due to pregnancy that is targeted. Special considerations like trimester and high-risk pregnancies should be discussed with your RMT.
