I am a proud graduate of the Lethbridge College with 2200 hours of accredited learning and a diploma in Massage Therapy. I ventured into the business world and opened 4 Elements Massage Clinic in June 2010. I love working with clientele to better enhance their physical, mental, social or emotional states. As a therapist, I have known and seen the toll acute or chronic pain and stress can have on the body and prefer to address the above mentioned “elements” in order to enhance the daily lives of my clients. I prefer incorporating stone therapy, shiatsu massage or cupping techniques into my sessions to better address the muscular and facial structures that cause restrictions and discomfort. In the future, I hope to expand my knowledge of fascial based pain and teach Hot/Cold Stone Therapy and Cupping courses to registered massage therapists and continue to grow my longstanding clientele base.
I began my massage therapy career in April 2012 as a graduate from the Lethbridge College. I am very passionate about massage therapy and the treatments I provide and love helping people to improve the quality of their health. I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone and the treatment and prevention of injury. I am skilled at reading my clients and modifying each treatment to exactly what they need. I enjoy working with all types of clients including seniors and children. In the future, I hope to expand my skills by courses such as raindrop therapy and infant massage. I look forward to meeting the existing and future clients of 4 Elements
